I recently found this artist and fell in love with the songs, and about this song , it's just amazing how hard lyrics can hit you, recently finally got over these feelings of just dying , after about almost an year, so I do know how much of helpless a person can feel . I remember just shouting inside my head for help ,or just dying. But anyways , I hope I really really hope everyone who feels like this don't give up on themselves, I know that the situation might be worse for some people , but just know that you'll get through whatever you're going through rn. I am a medical student and I really hope I could be of help to people who need help psychologically and emotionally, maybe someday.

Honestly I haven’t listened to a song like this one, he explains how I feel...I hate that feeling...it got to the point where my grades were bad I stayed home for a week my grades were rly bad then I started skipping and I would sit in the bathroom and cry a lot, but to everyone who is going through a lot of things rn just know that you are loved you are not alone I’m sure there’s a lot of people that are going through the things you’re going through be strong remember to be happy sad things have to happen and “it’s okay to not be okay” remember that 🥺♥️
