In San Andreas I used to get the parachute, use the flying cars cheat to get a car to the roof of a tall building, deactivate the cheat, drive off the roof and try to get out of the car and open my chute before landing. I wasted hours of my life on this and it was worth it.

This is an inaccurate depiction, the producer has purposely failed Tommy V, there are no parachute manufacturers in vice city cuz Tommy banned them, They couldn't convince him that normal people might need parachutes, once a Parachute manufacturer tried to push Tommy from a helicopter to make him understand the uses of a Parachute, Tommy took the fall like a man got up from it like nothing happened, took his minigun and Shot down the Heli, from that day no one tried to lobby him to use parachutes...
