Just for your information, while opening any plastic bag, cut the piece parallel to the edge of the pack and do not separate it from the package. This will help while segregation of waste and we can avoid getting it mixed with other waste and ultimately avoid it from going into the cattle's stomach. I have been practicing this since 2017, when I saw a cow suffering from abdominal pain and as a part of treatment, they removed 16 kg of plastic from her stomach. This may sound very small and irrelevant but it impacts nature positively. Lastly, the Daal looks amazing ❤

Iske liye hum ek or chiz kr skte hai..??? Jitna b vegitable waste or fruit waste hai use separately cotton bags me daale or baki ka garbage alag daale...kyunki itne animal ko garbage me se khane se to nhi rok skte but atleast humare is step se wo plastic or other harmful chize khane se Bach jayenge....kyunki wo veggies waste or fruit waste or Jo b khane ki item hogi use baki k garbage k sath mix nhi Kiya hai to wo garbage nhi khayenge....

One suggestion that i heard and following, whenever you cook anything in pressure cooker, you should not allow pressure cooker to whistle. When it is about to whistle, turn the flame low and keep it on low flame for 10 minutes or so. Your food will get cooked properly without loosing crucial nuetrients. Similarly the water added for cooking should be minimal ( just sufficient ). For cooking things which already have water like potato, no or very very minimal water is needed. You can feel the difference by smelling the cooked food.

Whenever I cook daal.. i take the white residue what we call maad .. usko chhan lo.. then add fresh water..before putting on pressure. Baad mein.. egg chhaunk - optional.. with little bit of khade masale.. mirch khadi, ginger garlic paste, .. None the less.. have a good wholesome meal. Eat with hands.. no spoon. Enjoy.
