#justiceforTomoya JYP is absolutely being unfair and obviously makes things super hard for Tomoya (harder songs, weaker team). Yet even after Tomoya lifts these guys up, works hella hard, and blows us away with their improvement, JYP then criticizes him and his team way more harshly than the others. And to make it worse, he then even has the audacity to make Tomoya believe he is disappointing as a leader when it is crystal clear that Tomoya is in fact, a GREAT leader. The best I've seen from someone his age in a long time. I took leadership courses for a decade so I am speaking from a deeper understanding of what being a leader means (though I am not one I now know who exemplifies great leadership). Even his peers unanimously voted so. It's screwed up what JYP is doing to the kid.
