Regardless of what format of Magic I am playing, Blue is typically my favorite color, and the set of mechanics i tend to most align with, so this list was a lot of fun! Thanks for doing it!

Jaces, Horizons 2, Modals, a Snapcaster retrain, and a Show and Tell bait. There's definitely a significant pattern in what hits the top Blue Mythic spots for certain mechanics. Flashback and Modal are most likely to get more new cards for them that are just as good as these were.

I'm surprised Omniscience hasn't got any standard points yet because I've gone up a few decks running combos to cheat it out in standard best of 1. I hadn't seen that you had COVID. Hope you're mostly better now!

It was played in Omnidoor Thragfire when it was in Standard, but Omniscience as a value engine instead of a combo piece tends to not be worth it.

16:00 I remember people putting blue (lands included) in decks completely unrelated with the blue color JUST to include Jace the Mind Sculptor it was a fu**ed card, a truly deranged one with an insane level of power Like printing "Ancestral Recall, but you can also choose to bounce a permanent, mill 10, counter a spell or ability or scry 5 because it has a modal effect. Oh uh, it has Entwine UU to perform ALL modes if you will. All for just a single blue mana. Why? Because .... * MONEY * "
