i wouldnt say its sadness. its a type of state of mind created when a religious man talks to his god. these artists were taught to be posessed by the "revolutionary" spirit. it was a feeling that comes from absolute devotion to a religious dogma. communists of course copied this concept from earlier times. i think probably the first time humans felt like this was in the time of orgiastic cults such as dionysus and early christianity, later taken up by nietzche and his zarathustra, which inspired the nazis and early ideologues of communism. at its core the idea of the "new man" both used by nazis as the "aryan man", and communism as the "new soviet man" were derrived from the concept of the superman, created by nietzche there is a very important reason why communism invested so much energy in creating such songs filled with pathos. this music was used to indoctrinate and infuse the fanatical populace with the programming to be absolutely loyal to the prty and reinforce its semi-divine status in their mind. even today these songs have the power to inspire. its quite remarkable. but it is important to see them for what they are, they are a historical testament of the times in which they were created. they do not represent any reality. only a fascade. at its core that communist system was a big lie. the ideologies were empty

Womens always were considered warrior in Albanian culture since antiquity. That changed with arriving of Islam but now that Enver Hoxha removed Islamic ideology from the heart of 99% of Albanians, that feminist mindset is back that womans are equal warriors to men if they prove themselves to be strong. So far a lot of Albanian women have been showing warrior sprit like Fehmije Lavdrovci and other KLA woman members fighting Serbs side by side with men. Also before Communism there was Shote Galica, Nora of Kelmend and other Highlander woman's who cut Turks, Serbs, Greeks without mercy, sometimes being even more merciless than man.
