NJ Hi-Railers Jan 18 2025 - Please Read Description

This video is not meant to be a polished overview but to document in as much detail the layout as of January 18, 2025. After an overhead overview, I started in the Southeast corner and shot video and stills in a counter-clockwise direction. The video presents in that order, as if you were walking there yourself. The NJ Hi-Railers origins were in the late 1990’s and they moved into their current building in 2002. Today the main layout is 185 feet by 30 feet and the members number about 70. There is also a Standard Gauge layout that originally belonged to TV personality Tom Snyder (at 36:51) and the layout that was seen the TV series The Sopranos (at 38:05). The club will be moving out of this location, and when the new location is found, the new layout will be different.
