When rubbing, you should use thinner paper. My favorite is to make a print of the leaf on a gelliplate - makes beautiful prints and can be done directly in your journal.

Cyanotype is another fun way to get plants on paper. The process is simple, but most people have never tried it before. Spore prints are also fun to do.
