I think the music video's story goes like this. The MV shows each of the girls' personal struggles and frustrations, which most of us can relate to. Because today's life is in a fast phase, we may feel like we're falling behind, and we're losing the race (life). I feel like the story of this MV has 2 sides; the present universe and the parallel universe. The girls from the parallel universe communicate with the present girls through their memories (symbolized by the house and the things they held there) telling and reminding the present girls that they should slow down and not put too much pressure on themselves because life is not a race after all.
