Mae ek pensioners hu 7th cpc k pahale Mae semi private ward k liye entitlement tha. Lekin ab as per 7th cpc k anusaar meri basic pay Rs 58600/= fix hui he. ( jiska adha pension Rs 29300 h ) Kya Mae ab private ward k liye entitlement hu. Kyoki 28 Oct 2022 ko health ministry se ek letter issued Hua h jisme likha h ki jiski b.p. Rs 50500/= se jyada hae woh cghs card holder private ward k liye entitlement hae. Please reply de.

सर ,मेरे जिल्हा अमरावती में cghs का कोई हॉस्पिटल नही है मैने अपने विभाग से कार्ड बनाने की लिखित परमिशन लिया था अब मुझे जो मेडिकल भत्ता मिलना था वह नही मिल रहा इसको बंद करने के लिए विभाग सीजीएचए हॉस्पिटल की प्रमाण पत्र माग रहे है उसके बाद मुझे पेंशन में मेडीकल भत्ता लगाएंगे मेरे नजीक cghs हॉस्पिटल नही होने से मुझे उसका लाभ नही हो रहा दूर नागपुर में है जिसका दूरी 150किलोमीटर होने से मैं कोई अपना इलाज या परिवार का नही कर सकता इसलिए मैंने कोई सीजीजीएस का कार्ड नहीं बनाया मुझे किस जगह से प्रमाण पत्र मिलेगा की मुझे cghs की सुविधा नही चाहिए

If your workspace is in CGHS Covered area then u must have CGHS cards. In that case u can take treatment all over india in CGHS empaneled hospitals. If you are not covered in CGHS area then u can take referral from your department’s hospital to any of the CGHS empanelled hospital in india

A pensioner has to submit a duly filled application form to CGHS New Delhi along with required documents and a bank draft for Rs 1,20,000/- as per his last pay drawn. This bank draft is to be obtained from a Nationalised Bank in favour of " Pay & Account Officer CGHS New Delhi. Can you please tell me at which bank branch and code No the said bank draft will be made payable as the draft issuing bank branch wants to know this for the purpose of mentioning the same on the draft to be issued by them.
