So this car came to us fro repairs, we initiated the insurance claim process but for some reason the claim was rejected. Then the client asked us to repair the car within minimum budget because he had to pay the whole repair cost from his own pocket!

It is illegal but in some conditions it is allowed.

They only access it when you initiate a claim... It's not that they are tracking you all the time. An accident can be a matter of crime too. So it is legal to access it when investigating an insurance claim. You must have seen in the movies, ppl murder their dear ones for insurance money. So before handing over the money, company has full right to investigate. They even have private detectives for such work.

Yes…they charge alot of money which is too much…they change a single nut bolt and will charge 1500-2000…logo ko loot te hai yaha
