Provinciale weg N62 in the Netherlands, from Middelburg to Zelzate in Belgium. Driving through the longest tunnel (6,6 km) in the Netherlands called Westerscheldetunnel which is a toll tunnel.

Comparing the dutch road design with as soon you cross the border. You don't even need 1 second after passing the border and Belguim screws it up in road designs, surface, ligthing, traffic lights, crossroads, signalisation, road markings, ....WTF? Belgium is an absolute horror compared to consistent, clear and straightforward road design in the netherlands.
