Great update; but why have accessible toilets when wheelchair users have been told the site is not suitable for wheelchairs? (Elf & safety) Keep up the good work.

Not all disabilities are visiable. The site sadly isn't suitable for wheelchairs as much as we'd like it to, but we do get visitors on the tours who can walk but need assistance, which is likely why we have it
