NMC Scraps Foreign Medical Graduates' Online Class Substitution Policy!
The National Medical Commission (NMC) has revoked the policy allowing foreign medical graduates (FMGs) to substitute online classes with offline mode. The NMC declared that certificates validating the supplementation of online theory classes with offline practical and clinical training will no longer be accepted.
"It has been observed that many FMGs are maliciously obtaining compensatory certificates from their parent universities for the online classes carried by them. The medical profession deals with precious human life; therefore, the life of Indian citizens cannot be put at stake by poorly trained medical professionals," the official statement read.
"The UGMEB has decided that henceforth, certificates regarding the compensation or supplementation of online theory subjects/classes with offline practical and clinical training shall not be accepted," the commission added.

Now students have to do 2 to 3 years intership for free.... Its already 6 years course + 10 months to wait to start internship + 1 year of internship = already 8 years long... If this rule applies, one has to wait 9 to 10 years just to get mbbs degree. Hope NMC understand this !

Jb NMC ne khud hamare compensation certificates accept krne ke liye kaha tha , to ek saal internship krvane ke baad rules ko change kaise kiya jaa skta hai? Poori duniya me medical colleges ko online mode pr jana pda tha. Bs India me hi hm logon ko underqualified bataya jaa rha hai . Does this make any sense ? This is a shame on the medical education of India.Look at NEET UG scam! Doctors hi harrass ho rhe hain India me .
