Thanks for the detailed explanation. Please if a patient is on diuretic and has a normal urine output during med time, do we write code 9 or 10. Also is code 9 meant for just BP and HR only?

YES, to the drugs which are due at your time, no need to code as required.

if you gave as STAT then sign in STAT only , if you gave as regular then sign in regular .
