Emergency department of NMC Royal ( DIP) Dubai needs a lot of improvement. They must increase number of beds & staffs. It also needs good doctors as well. When there is a lot of frequency of emergency cases, this department is not able to handle the situation efficiently, I have seen one patient with excruciating stomach ache roaming here & there for help but nobody was paying attention as there are very less staffs, the staffs in emergency department are also not experienced & professional. I give 4.5 stars to OPD but 2 stars for emergency department.
