4:04: error of information: John Bell Hood was not a double amputee. At Gettysburg, his left arm was badly wounded but not amputated. At Chickamauga, his right leg was wounded, and amputated above the knee.

How could he do all his “research” not knowing this?

Hood was definitely out of his mind ordering the charge at Franklin TN.

Goes to show that all the time through out history the average soldier even if injured always gets the shitty end of the stick.

Hood did not use laudanum. Indeed, he understood the dangers of being a druggie, and, for a while after his Chickamauga wound, refused morphine. Someone speculated that he might hav taken laudanum, and that speculation became "fact". See The Lost Letters of Confederate General John Bell Hood by Stephen M. Hood (a distant relativ of said general).

John Bell Hood DOUBLE AMPUTEE? How could this be such a mistake? A MAJOR MISTAKE. Great research Brian Miller Dean. I couldn’t keep watching much after this. Bad Guest.
