I always felt and feel like I don't fit in, I meant I have one friend but I can't completely talk to her and say everything to her, I don't have any siblings and I always felt isolated from everything. I scared of the things I don't know and the ones I can't seem to figure out. New Year's Eve was when I put a name to that great song that was pleasantly haunting me. I hadn't tried using a shazam app to tell me, or been able to read pad data. The LA side of New Year's Rockin' Eve, hosted by Fergie introduced the next act, "Wild Things" kicked in, I shouted "THAT'S _THAT_ SONG!!", and I rejoiced that her name was onscreen. Google and KZbin search, and my life and musical taste were forever changed! I remember, actually, being impressed she was dressed like a rocker, not like a pinup. I'm glad she endured the criticism of style, and emerged out the other side without letting it harm her. It would do well for other girls to follow in her footsteps. Incidentally, she mentions being obsessed with hard copy CDs. Good for her, and hopefully she'd be happy to know, I had copies of "Know-It-All" and the CD single of "Here" in my car stereo on my way home from FYE and Best Buy, the next day.
