@@bbacat2151 yes, I didn't put the flexibility in because I thought you needed it to do the move but it would maybe make it look better or make you less sore but so many people got offended by it so I just stopped taking it out of my videos

It could possibly be because your abs or quads aren't quite strong enough. But I could be wrong since I can't see you do it. But never give up because the end result is really worth it :) thank you for your compliment btw!

The Move is easy for me because I can do a Bridge or have Good Back Flexibility but the Leg Part is somewhat difficult because I lack Good Leg Flexibility!

Heyy this vids really good but I have. A question, I can do the leg move and the back bend on one hand but every time I try to push with my hand to stand up I just can't I fall what do I do , do u have any tips??

This move also requires lots of ab and quad strength! I recommend doing some crunches, planks, and squats. If you already do these consistently and then I suggest really trying to use your abs and quads the next time you try to do it.

@@RawanAdel-oc3es hmmm it's hard for me to give you advice because I can't see you do it but I could maybe try. Where is your back hurting specifically? And does it hurt whenever you do just the move or does it hurt all the time?

@@Lilicorn20 my back hurting me when i do the move and after it the right side of my back still hurting me, and my right arm and my hips they just hurt me when i do the move, but somtimes after do it i get muscle rupture in my hips so😭

I would say if it hurts even after you do the move wait for your body to heal before you try the move again and when you do try to do the move again, stretch and warm up before and after. Ice or heat if it still hurts and don't do anything you think your body can't handle. If it gets really bad then go see a doctor because I'm not a medical professional so they can probably give you more advice then I can.

Do some squats and planks to get your quad and ab strength up because this move requires the quad strength to keep you stable and hold yourself and the ab strength to pull you up. Good luck!❤

hii i have a question for the part just before this (the leg thing) but i gotta ask here since comments are disabled in that video 😭 is it completely necessary to have your splits or is there a way you can execute it even without that flexibility? i wanna learn it but i feel like learning splits is a bit too much dedication for me to do for one dance 😭😭

Hello! It is not necessary for you to have your splits in order to do the move. The move can be done the same with or without the flexibility. I apologize for the misunderstanding as I should've put that it was not necessary and was one of the reasons that I disabled the comments (people were very rude about it). I put those stretches in for they do help for smoothness and soreness but it does not mean you absolutely need to have them for the move. That's good though! The falling back was just a drill to help people learn how to push their hips forward and learn how to catch themselves with their hands if they couldn't go all the way up. Falling back is not required. If you can go all the way up then you have the move!

Try engaging your quads and abs when you do it! If that doesn't work it could be that your muscles aren't strong enough or aren't used to the motion so crunches and squats my help or practice in general. You got this!
