in my opinion the lyrical meaning of passionfruit is like how the actual fruit or passionfruit is not liked by others cause it tastes so sour and pops in your mouth but a lot of people has liking to that taste and encourage other people to give it another chance or taste it and maybe it will grow on you just like nmixx with their music. it may not be everyones taste, you can spit it out at first but in the end you might want more

I love this song, and the EP as a whole. Random thought; that part where they go ‘spit it out’ three times always reminds me of Pick It Up by Famous Dex ft. ASAP Rocky.

Passionfruit talks about one thing that when you eat it, you can see the ocean blue (mirages), yep, is the green candy of nmixx lore, its like a dr*g. Feeling so odd / It's strange, but you'll fall in the end. Seems like the lyrics are talking about the Sweet Oasis green candy. I might get addictеd, it's my passionfruit. NSWERs tainted by the green candy agree on this.
