Yes, I have already replied to such comments. Unfortunately, the rules explained in the video are of general nature, or I would say "a general tendency" that can help you understand which part of speech a particular word is. These rules can not be applied to all the words universally. Of course, in the end in order to avoid mistakes, one must learn the words with their suffixes or prefixes.

@@nmodel so, i'm thinking aloud only... :) really i don't know what could mean these words... and how they was heared for ears of Englishmans really... :)) may be funny and ridiculous, ,may be mysterious and thoughtfully or may be meaningless... :> and i think, would I have profit from memorizing suffixes ... or not :) In any case, thank you very much for your video-lesson :) may be, you can tell more about history of each suffixes ? :)

@@Pilum1000 actually, you can benefit a lot from learning suffixes and prefixes, alongside the words that contain them. Reason 1: knowing general rules helps you understand if the word denotes an action or a thing, which in its turn can help you elicit the meaning even though you might not know the word itself. Reason 2: if you learn the words with their correct suffixes and prefixes, it will help people understand what you are talking about
