There are so many cool arrancars that deserved to be wayyyy stronger than what they were! And technically even if Ichigo were rested healed and at full power all Nnoitra would have to do is enter his resurreccion form and literally just punch his lights out even if Grimmjow were to him! Think about it - Tesla at full power was using him as a punching bag and Nnoitra smacked him through that fuckin' boulder

Plus in my opinion Ichigo couldn'tv beaten a fully powered Nnoitra not even if Grimmjow were to help him! Analyze Tesla and how he was just barely trying to hurt Ichigo and a basic Grimmjow at basic power couldn't beat this Bankai Ichigo without his hollowfication then along came Kenpachi who beat him without even trying! Hollowfication triples a bleach character's power but resurreccion increases an arrancar's power by 10 fold and then Kenpachi becomes 10x stronger without his eyepatch and was actually enjoying the fact that Nnoitra was beating that ass and then kendo made his zanpakuto 10x stronger!
