Thanks for those kind words. The e-commerce game is brutal and tough. And learning from other peoples misteps is helpful to others coming up and looking to avoid the potholes . 😃

Great video! you have a new subscriber. I’m curious, the topic of warehousing was very interesting. If you’re not focused or shouldn’t be focused on having a warehouse. What would be your alternative?

This depends on where you're getting your merchandise from. If you're doing private label see if you can ship as much of it direct into Amazon to avoid warehousing the items yourself. Several sellers are starting to do this more. If that is not practical and you still need to maintain storage of items or doing merchant fulfilled then you want to look at what is known as a 3PL. It's essentially an outsourced warehouse where they do all the work for you. This is the route we've taken because we do a hybrid of reselling brand names and our own private label products as well. Using a 3PL reduces your risk and exposure that you would have if you owned your own warehouse. Love the question. And thanks for subscribing. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤

@@rolandorosas Really detailed response! BTW, you and steven seem to know a-lot about agile practices and I don't hear many sellers speaking about these frameworks that are available! to help with scaling..

@@mgl_rosls both Steven and I have been in this e-commerce business for years. I've been doing this for over 20 years and want to share with others how to get to 20 years of e-commerce. I hope that I can encourage more sellers to speak their truth and experiences so that more small businesses can thrive. When small businesses thrive we all win. 👍
