@@DiegoSampieri Diego I always loved how Grant would lay back behind the beat.. even when he was playing what sounded like an incredible riff played slowly at the same time it had such urgency........👍

Enormously appreciated. I'm not much of a Charley Parker fan - but I love Green's work and you nailed this.

Right on the MONEY! Do you use heavy strings on that ES-330? What gauge?
@DiegoSampieri Жыл бұрын
Thanks man! Not particularly heavy, 0.11 but PURE NICKEL ;)

I to love that single coil tone. Amp? Did Grant also play a 330?
@DiegoSampieri3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! It's Logic Pro amp designer. Totally, it's one of the reasons I got it. Such a great guitar

@@DiegoSampieri agreed. I have a 1959 330. Also, just put a Gibson p94 on one of my archtops.

Thanks man! Actually, its' just Logic Pro amp designer. It's pretty decent for clean sounds. The audio device I'm using is the Scarlett 2i2 by Focusrite (I highly recommend it!)

@@DiegoSampieri You're very welcome! Do you have any idea when you might have that ready? So that I know when to check back for it. And what amp are you running that guitar through? Because it sounds really very close to the original, wow.

@@Bejaardenbus I will reply again to this comment when everything's ready :) Thanks for the patience! For this video I am running directly through my audio interface, then it's just Logic Pro X Amp Designer + EQ and Compressor adjustments
