As a Rockets fan, I’m excited. You got the best young core with potential in the entire NBA. You got the young talent Green, Sengun, Smith Jr., Thompson, Eason, Whitmore, Griffin, and now Sheppard to go with the veteran presence of Brooks, FVV, Adams, Tate and Landale. Yeah this team is a darkhorse.

If you really look at like let's say Steph Curry's metrics coming out of college. Reeds are technically better. However, what you did see was Steph Curry is that he got better. When he got to the league he got exceptionally better and then became a superstar. Steph wasn't running the point at Georgetown. I honestly think his defense and his playmaking abilities are better than Steph when they were at the same age. You have to take age into account. I think the ceiling is very high. I believe this is the floor. Even if this is his four, he still has a two-way contract basically anywhere. There's just something about his game that screams floor general. Kings get a little better in a few areas that's going to come with time. Other than that, he's an elite player already. But when you say like maxing out metrics for somebody that's 6. '2. He's basically doing that. I'm very excited to see him play with sengun . I actually think it'll be perfect.

@CheckBallUp4 ай бұрын
No, you are confused by the PACE he plays at. Just like the commentator said at the end, so many of his shots APPEAR contested, and they are still falling. He’s slick, abrupt, and slimey in his movements. Even when he appears cut off by a defender, he shows that he’s not or has his own angle at the basket. What he has shown this summer league is that he barely needs space, to score the ball. A skill PERFECT for upcoming NBA defenses…Like a QB throwing into tight windows…. Reed is going to be a PROBLEM for defenses. He appears a tad slow, but it’s really just pure court manipulation going on out there by him
