If you don't have the chimney DSP you can use your embossing folder and it works wonderful. No need to add paper at all. Thanks for demonstrating this card for us. As we went along, mine turned out okay. Not sure where you went wrong. But all ends well! lol

I love your card as usual , it is very pretty and your silver paper is to die for. A little suggestion, what do yo think of sticking a Santa facing the back behind the wall so that when you close your card you have a nice picture facing you, let me know if I am wrong Because I am just visualising it.

Thanks for a great idea.but I was wondering what paper you used on the back of the stamped images.Was it card or just A4 paper.The card is really great .Love also you don't get upset when you make a mistake.I do it all the time,

Glad you like it, Marie. I didn't put anything on the back of the stamped images. Instead, I used my Stampin' Write Markers for colouring because the colour doesn't bleed through the cardstock. I would only use blends if the images had matching dies so I cut die-cut a plain image in regular white cardstock to adhere on the back of the image to cover up the bleed. I hope this helps! xx

Could I use a blending brush on the brick dsp in red to make the bricks red, or would it cover up the grey lines?

Hi, Teresa. If you went very gently with the red, it would work. You could also darken the lines if you wanted to. Alternatively, there is a reddish/orange brick design in the Bloom Where You're Planted Designer Series Paper (DSP). Or we have the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder you could use. If you went down this road, I'd make the base in cardstock as instructed, then cut more cardstock the same size as the recommended DSP and then emboss them. I hope one of these options works well for you. xx
