Greetings Jan --- such beautiful cards !!!! --- both are great but I do prefer the one with the fish stamped on the pillars --- to get glue off the acetate I use rubbing alcohol 70% with a soft cloth , flannel, so that it doesn't leave any scratches behind --- then dry it with same --- works all the time for me :) --- have a great week Jan --- Ann

Hi Jan. I love this card. I’ll make it when all my election work is finished (2 elections in 2 months in South Australia, with 5-7 weeks work for each doesn’t leave much time for card making,). My suggestion when sticking things on acetate, particularly die cuts, is the adhesive sheets. It stops the movement and is quicker than waiting for tombow to dry.

Looks beautiful, thanks for a great demonstration, I made one similar to yours except I put another piece of acetate across the front columns with a fish and coral attached to give a more 3D effect. and instead of a seahorse I attached a sea turtle.

You could put the acetate all the way to the top if you put it behind the white and dsp on the tall pillars.

Many thanks, Kim. Yes, you could certainly add the fish before putting the acetate in place. You would just need to have your acetate resting in position (where it will be when adhered in place) so you know where to place the images so they complement the background. xx
