Don't know anything about wrestling and never been to a match, but that was pretty sweet.

pat mcgroin Yeah for sure he puts the funk in Funk. Anway welcome to the Big Ten. As loaded as New Jersey is in wrestling I would think Rutgers will be able to draw top recruits. New jersey wrestling is sick! Good to see another powerhouse state in the Big Ten
@toolmantooltime10 жыл бұрын
pat mcgroin Being in the Big Ten will help the recruiting I would bet. The Premiere conference in wrestling. I cant wait to see some of those studs out of New Jersey wrestling in the Big Ten. Here in Minny land we have a big advantage as we are the only D 1 school in the state. But out East you have so many D 1 schools for kids to choose from. I am excited for Rutgers ! Glad to have Rutgers in the conference that is for sure! Now please get some of the studs that are going to Penn State. They keep reloading
@toolmantooltime10 жыл бұрын
No dis respect to the EIWA but the Big Ten will get Rutgers a boost at the gate give you a broader chance to recruit. Now you will be on these phenoms radar's in the Midwest. It will get the Big Ten in the New York networks and will open up recruiting in those area's as well. Minnesota has great wrestlers but not nearly as deep as New Jersey New York is. J Robinson and Brandon Eggum get there guys from the state but they recruit outside of Minnesota as well. Mario Mason just didn't have what it took to wrestle in the Big Ten. Juggling class missing practice time because class was a problem. Not knocking on the kid . I assure I could never tell what it is like to be in a D -1 room and going to class. I thought he might turn it around at Rutgers. Never met him or nothing so not trying to say anything bad about him. Anything just think what a dual in your home Gym against Penn State, Iowa Minnesota Ohio State will do for the program. Win Win for all partys
@toolmantooltime10 жыл бұрын
pat mcgroin Storley was a blue chip but Thorn and Ness were not actually. I wrestled back in the day. My kids are Varsity wrestlers in Minnesota. Well now more kids from across the country will consider Rutgers being in the Big Ten I suspect

These two guys look like classic university wrestlers, wrestle like well-trained, experienced university wrestlers, and in one case, at least, celebrate victory in classic alpha-male style. Great match, boys.

Can someone explain to me how he roles them that way?
@dixienormus938 жыл бұрын
+Jake Timba whizzer the arm that has the leg while kinda trying to headlock them. underhook the opposite arm. sit back on your butt. elevate the leg that your opponent is already lifting in order to get them to flip over you. then you continue to roll back and bump them over so you end up on top.

@srchnfrcj10 жыл бұрын
Seeing as Im not getting a free education to wrestle, I would certainly hope that I wouldnt beat him. He's not bad, but he is overhyped. He was like #1 the country in high school or something and people were drooling all over him. He's not half the wrestler David Taylor or Ed Ruth are.

bigwaterhunter Exactly. I know they aint in the same time zone of life, but even years younger...Chance would major Dylan and Andrew. They are overrated and thats a fact. Chance is gonna win AT LEAST 2 NCAA titles, probably at least 3. The only time he might ever get beat is his freshman year. He beat college kids when he was in 8th grade.
