honestly i really appreciate how this video could have really easily been one of those "here's how much weight we lost/here's how good our bodies/skin look now bc we cut out *insert food here*" but ended up being another really fun video that doesn't make the viewer feel bad about now being super healthy all the time? of course it was at least partially about being healthier but in a way that emphasises just paying more attention to what you put into your body as opposed to "some foods will make you gain weight/have bad skin etc. so you should never eat them ever." Those types of videos are super common but also can be kind of damaging and I just really like how this video wasn't that and was overall another fun and positive video!!
