Also due to coronavirus some countries don't accept parcels at all and the list of them grows. Some of my fellow bead artists' parcels, that were actually sent a couple of weeks ago, were sent back by destination countries customs.

Hey, for the issue you were having at 8:40, in Shopify you can save your search parameters in the orders section. Set everything up the way you want it and then on the right side of the search bar (next to the sort button) there's a star icon that says "Save Filters." You can have multiples and name them all whatever you want for your workflow. (I'm in the USA using Shopify but I don't think the admin settings should be any different across countries?)

I'm in Australia and yesterday I went to the post office and I couldn't mail any parcels to the USA I could only mail letters, guess it's going to be this way for the next few months. And thank you for keeping me entertained everyday

Now I understand why shipping to Australia was so expensive. When I calculated the postage for an International letter on the Canadian Post website it was nowhere near the $14AUD that Shopify was charging on your shop.

I'm not sure what info you input, but these are sent as small packets, which are almost the exact same price as 100g lettermail. So whether it's sent as a letter or parcel, it's the same cost. Well, Shopify gives a slight discount compared to using Canada Post directly.

Also, all international countries pay about $8 USD, give or take 50 cents. Australia doesn't pay more than other countries. It's just the currency conversion which makes it look like more, but you all pay the same.

I’m from Denmark and my package from you sent through smoothyl!..... customs taxes though, the true mood killer. Mostly because a delivery service has monopoly, so they charged 100% of what the package was worth :c

@@BumbleBaylee it's similar in Sweden. :( Anything bought outside europe gets vat, customs and a handling fee. Only way not to get that is if you have a friend who sends you things and write gift on the declaration form and the value of the items + shipping is under 500 swedish krona. It's so annoying! That's why i can seldom buy stuff outside europe. The items end up costing too much 😭

@@BumbleBaylee I think the recipient has to inform the value of the package and then pay the fee afterwards. It has to be sent as a gift or state a certain low value before it just goes through. Again, the taxes are fine, it's the stupid delivery that's making its money by it :D My package was from the first time you had Nut!

Day five of Corona Quarantine: things have gotten a little better since yesterday. I made a Minecraft server and played with my buds. I too am awaiting animal crossing patiently. I can't play AC bc I traded in my old switch at a game store so I could get the new AC one the next day, but then all of a sudden my country decided to start lockdown... And the store won't send any preorders to people bc it's laying in the stores and the stores are closed, so now I don't have a switch at all for at least 3 weeks, but probably 2 months 😭😭😭

Anyone who has ordered from Baylee in the past and is living in the US. Does the ChitChat’s tracking number work in USPS tracking system, after USPS gets the package or does ChitChat tells you when your package is delivered? I only ask because ChitChat tracking system seems like they will no longer track the package and when I put ChitChat’s tracking number into USPS tracking system, it doesn’t recognize the number, even though that is the shipping company that will take my package to my house.
