I made this yesterday, with a tweek- I soaked the graham crackers with strong coffee. It was AWESOME. Almost like a poor man's version of tarimisu. IT WAS COMPLETELY EATEN IN 24 HRS. Ty for the recipe.

Hi, Your cake looks delicious but I have a few questions. I’m not exactly sure what kind of cream you used? We have light cream and we have heavy whipping cream. I’m thinking it must be light cream but I’m not sure ? I was wondering where you are from because I don’t believe in the US we have an all purpose cream. Also is the Cocoa powder you sprinkled on top sweetened or unsweetened? The recipe looks nice so I decided to subscribe to your channel. I look forward to seeing more of your videos. Here in our country, the most popular cream is nestle all purpose cream and considered as light. Enjoy! 😊

U can use heavy cream for this :) all purpose cream is only made in the Philippines.

I made it. I used heavy cream and it came out awesome. I soaked the graham crackers in strong coffee. It tasted a lot like tarimisu. We ate the entire thing in less than 24 hrs.
