// Ingredients
120g digestive biscuits
40g melted butter
50g nutella (for base)
365g creamcheese
45g icing sugar
120g nutella (for cake)
1½tsp vanilla essence
150ml heavy cream
45ml water
12g gelatine powder *(I use gelatine from halal beef skin, 160 bloom)
- Extra nutella for topping (as much as you want)
- Chopped nuts and chocolates of your choice for decorations

Does the cream cheese need to be room temperature?

Yes, room temp then whisk to soften before adding sugar

Heyy! So I made it and taste was amaaazing but the only problem was it was melting as soon as I got it out of the refrigerator can you please tell me what the problem was?? Was it the cream cheese or should I increase gelatine powder

Hi, did u try with the increased whipped cream? How long did u beat the whip cream once u put it in? Maybe its the gelatine. Bt mine was very firm i tot i should reduce my gelatine. Try reduce the water to 35ml and add 2g more of gelatine. Its usually firm but it shldnt be kept in room temp for more than 20mins tho...

Hi sorry for late reply. Not advisable bt u can freeze it overnight then just before travelling just put in box and if u cn put dry ice arnd it tt wld help. Sorry for late reply. I tot i'd replied this comment before 😊

Hi, im not sure of gelatine substitution. If u want to make for urself and omit the gelatine then i suggest making it in small individual containers.

Salam, boleh je gunakan 8" round pan cuma rendah sikit. Tp kalau nak kek tinggi, then can increase by 10%.

I'm nt sure if tts ok coz i usually do my no bake cheesecake with heavy cream or whipping cream, either dairy or non dairy.

If u want it faster u can freeze it. Takes 2-3hrs. If chill in fridge must at least 5 hrs or overnight.

I use Redman brand gelatine powder. If u r in singapore can buy at Phoon Huat. N Supplies also sell halal gelatine I think. If u r from somewhere else, i think you can try amazon. Search for halal gelatine powder for baking.

You can try omit the gelatin but u hv to keep in freezer overnight and once u take out fr the fridge, eat it soon. Cannot be kept outside longer.

One way is to use non dairy whipping cream and substitute 125g of the creamcheese to whipping cream so total 275ml cream.
