Ingredients:
6-inch mold size
餅底 Crumb base:
奧利多餅乾 80-100g / 8-10 pieces
Oreo cookie crumbs
無鹽奶油 30g unsalted butter
Filling:
吉利丁粉 2g powdered gelatine
水 20g boiling warm water
隔熱水拌和 heat with hot water
(gelatin is optional)
奶酪 150g cream cheese beat it until double
糖 30g sugar
香草粉 0.5g vanilla
鮮奶油 200ml whipping cream
奧利多碎塊 Oreo cookie bits 3-5 pieces
冷藏3小時以上
refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight
Topping:
鮮奶油 100g whipping cream
糖粉 Icing sugar 15g
3 Oreo cookies & some Oreo cookie crumbs
