Once the rice has soaked, crush it in a cornmill while it's still damp. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, following the recommended or specified amounts. To mould the mixture into puto, place it on a swet or hulmahan. Put it inside the steamer. Give it time to cool. Put it in a box, and presto! The flavour of putong polo is amazing.
