We got a new family member which is a poodle just like oreo,we did the gari and tuna he didn't eat it and only taking sausages with cooked chicken..hmm so we did gari again mixed with cooked chicken with no spice but we soften the gari with the stock from the chicken and we realised he liked it,so you can try it with Oreo I hope it works.
