Ok guys the saw stands on it own. The Paulk Smart Station makes it even better as we all know miter stands are garbage. THE BEST IVE EVER HAD IS THE THINGS IVE BUILT

We are 1 mile from the Gulf and 1/4 mile from the Intracoastal Waterway, but we are in Flood Zone X (the least likely to flood) and Evacuation Zone D (green). Evacuations were required for Zones A, B, and C. Even though we are on an island, our house remained untouched by both Hurricanes Milton and Debbie. It’s amazing, especially considering we are only 10 miles south of the eye.

@@VineV-Dutch Everything get convoluted in media. Fear is hype and clicks. There is damage yes the media makes it sound as if all of Florida is decimated by this. Impacts from big Hurricanes typically destroy BEACH FRONT. Which essentially drives up insurances.. which is funny because the common working class people in Florida are excluded from purchasing those homes for the ultra wealthy. However the common folk seem to be buying the Wealthy in Florida a brand new home with insurance rate hikes every 3-5 years. I live about 30 miles from the coast. I’ve been here same house 29 years. Worst ever happened was no power for 13 hours. Don’t even let me convolute the danger though. There are unknowns with these storms there is death and destruction. Like NC is truly decimated and here’s the understanding on that. The media is playing down that MAXIMUM DAMAGE but up playing the Florida . The zoning is real thing that’s started here about 20 years ago and eventually your insurance rate will be reflected in that. So there’s hope.
