So much fun guys! The 19 yo jetty rats (Jack slayers - croc bait) will be immortalized for taking Elmo to The Tip = BTW what a muddy Jack Creek - sensational Sad about the trailer repair - shouldn't have been necessary - the roads you traveled were tame compared to some through the gulf like up and down kerb and guttering underneath half a meter of bull dust - would have killed it there. Destroyed the 100 series cruiser 25 years ago - cattle train heaven / car hell. North gets the most extreme characters that reject civilization and sadly along with that live in a parallel universe similar to a Mad Max world - like camping in shit weather - hell on the day but a lot of laughs for years to come. Really enjoying the trip and to be honest the boys (young men) you brought along will not only remember this but refer to this for the rest of their lives and they would not have been game to do this without you - awesome - bless you!

Gotta be careful going fast on the pdr may seem ok but you can never see the big bull dust holes I've seen 200 series flipped and totalled after hitting them at speed. Not worth losing your expensive truck. Head up the Jardine for a fish it's tops.

Yeah mate we seen our fair share of them also. The road was horrendous, so many cars and trailers with issues, their was a Jayco Expanda on the side of the road that looked like an ikea flat pack
