Today I want to share with you an unusual recipe for canned fish salad. For its preparation I will use at first glance incongruous ingredients.
But the result is sure to please you and motivate you to repeat this recipe. Especially since it is prepared literally in 10 minutes. A great dish for any table, very good as an appetizer to a shot of vodka.
We will need:
1. Canned fish 1 can 250 gr. (with the addition of oil, or blanched, suitable Mackerel, Sayra, Sardine, etc. except red fish and sprats)
2. Mushrooms Champignons cut 1 can 400 ml.
3. Green peas, canned, 1 can 425 ml. (Bonduelle Classique Tender is best)
4. Corn, canned, 1 can 425 ml. (Bonduelle Sweet Kernel Corn works best)
5. Pickled cucumbers, 5-7 pcs. (in regular marinade, not spicy and without unnecessary tricks)
6. Mayonnaise 1 pack of 200 gr. (with classic flavor, I use Calve)
