Just an FYI using the talents elemental rend and maelstrom weapon you can almost double your dps with this exact build. This was a great build and good video, I just want to let you know about Elemental Rend :)

@@Voriex basically in this build his hateful strike will proc the damage from each elemental rend DoT . There is fire, frost, Lightning elemental rend talents that make it so your rend will also add those 3 extra dots and I believe mortal strike makes them also proc the dot damage on command so you’re just doing a boat load of single target damage at once, everytime you use those abilities. It’s hard to explain without showing someone or diving extremely deep but if he had maelstrom weapon aswell then you can free cast fireball/Frostbolt/Lightning bolt and then cast rend into hateful strike and mortal strike / you can also transfer all the dots to any target just by applying rend for 20 seconds after casting your abilities

Fel Infused is still isn't the most broken shit in my opinion (Most broken Weapon Enchant, maybe), Fuego ?_?, Coil Collar ?_?, Cures of Agony (after nerf it still does more than any FiW build), And i think there are more out there which has 1-2 cast rotation and doing 40-45% dmg meanwhile FiW is only 10% for me.

Any benefit to going agi? Just to lower global gcd for more FiW procs since that’s most of the damage.

The likely reason for going str main stat is that all of his damage is physical (not counting procs) so all of it except rend (bleeds bypass armour) would get cucked by armour. dualwielding 1handers gives iirc 30% armour pen.

@@The_Yukki You would still get AP from using AGI, just not as much. His 3 largest damage dealers are all dependent on his gcd casts so lowering it would mean more casts.

@@matkz22 You get roughly about the same ammount of AP from Agi gear and str gear. (str gear has let's say 100str which gets turned into 200ap, agi gear has 100agi which gets turned into 100ap and then usually 90-ish raw ap) GCD is 1.5s, 8%is 0.12, which means he'd get down to 1.42gcd. the gcd reduction gives him 1 ability every 12.5s. Over let's say 3min fight he gets 14 extra abilities. I don't think that 14 extra procs of felinfused is gonna make up for lack of 20% arp on everything non-proc he does.

Man if they nerf fel infused before balancing other stuff they need to get their priorities straight, melee isn’t even top dps they’re just doing it for the sake of making people stop saying nerd fel infused instead of genuinely balancing stuff, I know a gurubashi zerker doing 23k ST with windfury… meaning fel infused isn’t mandatory and it doesn’t need a nerf before other stuff that’s stupidly OP right now

they are nerfing FIW in next the days for dual wield and buffing it for single 2hander but first theyll figure out how to buff windfury before it goes live :)
