There are so many practical problems related to cash loading in ATM.You are talking about RBI guidelines but you are not aware about the whole process of loading cash in ATM which not so easy as it seems.

But you have to watch for 10 hrs , that there is no money and record evidence. What if bank tells in court that when she came at 5:00 pm(say), money wasn't there. But, bank has filled the money at 6:00 pm and the whole money could be exhausted by the time she comes there next day. It's not easy to sue a big bank

Nope. Only cash replenishment. Those tech companies don't follow the RBI as much as the nationalised banks do. Over the period of time, when Pvt banks will have more sway of market, no one really cares about RBI. RBI will have the date just like other regulatory bodies. 🎉
