not understanding this language but in reading all the comments believe the child belongs to someone else (their daughter?) and these people are caring for her. Where are the other family members and where is this mother who the child belongs to? Why can't they help financially and place this child in school? Child looks to just need some physical therapy and proper food and minerals for the bones. she seems learnable. doesn't seem right, the mother of the child is living somewhere else and not supporting this child. shameful. guarantee if money is raised for the family she will crawl back from wherever she is hiding to reap the benefits.
