E-Boot Charge is sop OP. Anyone from TH13-TH17 can use it. I use it with lvl 15 RC and lvl 15 E-boots and it is still works effortlessly. Best part as the title suggests is you don't even need cc troops. I am in an inactive clan so I usually don't even use cc and I still 3 star 80% of time against Max TH13 and low lvl TH14 as a TH13 myself. I predict E-Boots will get nerfed next month, they are too OP.

agree, the combination with invis spell just too strong. I hope they nerf the synergy not the boots itself, for example reducing 30% of its stats when RC is under invis spell. So the boots still usable for other way of usage, only nerfing RC charge.
