Great video, honest and real!! I’ve been riding all my life. I grew up around bikes and bikers. My father rode a 1947 Indian Chief and 3 of my mother’s brothers rode Harleys. Of course that was back in the day where if you rode a motorcycle you were trouble. To some extent, that stereotype still lives today, unfortunately!! Awesome that you got to speak with a legend, someone you admire and respect. I myself think of my uncles as legends from all the stories I grew up listening too. They were never members of a club an MC. They had a large group of friends they rode with but never considered themselves a club. The all remained Independent. I never knew or was told their reasoning for that choice but when I got my license my uncles told me to never wear a patch. If I did they’d kick my ass. All my life I have respected their words. I have ridden with clubs and have friends that are patch members. I’ve been invited to prospect many times but declined and I told them my reason. They respected me for it!! Again brotha, great video!!

Thank you very much for watching! Things have changed over the years. I remember when anyone with a motorcycle was a ruffian or a troublemaker! It was awesome to speak to Spade George. He’s the real deal! Thanks for the comment and for watching!

That is always good to meet people you look up to. It is inspirational to know that they were once just like you, and other than a bit more notoriety, want to be just like you. Prospect situations when there are club adjustments happen - just like life. I had a club fold before I could make it through in 2018 - it happens.
@BigSmittyRiding2 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much for watching! It was awesome to get a chance to talk to Spade George. He is the real deal! Yeah, club situations can suck and as a prospect you’re kinda at the mercy of what happens. But I’m good with it and happy. I’ll find the right club for me in the future.

The hair looks GREAT, man! Gives you a whole new look. I like it. Lots easier to maintain too. The lady who cuts my hair is a biker, and she's been on a 2 month vacation, so in the mean time, I have been cutting my own hair. And with a buzz cut, all I have to do is get the #2 guard on the clippers and run it back and forth about a hundred times and I'm done. Less shampoo, less time drying. Wash and go. It really does look great on ya. Stylin' and PROFILIN'!! Slide forward to 1:04 on this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hWGViKabi6t1rZo In the Virginia Valkyrie Riders Club (VVRC), we have two members (me and Rick) who make up the rules as we go. No patches, no cuts, no nothing. LMAO! We don't need no stinking rules. He and I both turn 62 in April, oddly enough, and on our birthdays we are going to go buy a lifetime national park pass so we never have to pay the fee again anywhere. I referenced the VVRC in a post on the forum, and somebody from Maryland wanted to know if we had a web site! LMFAO! Surprised to hear you stepped down. Seemed like you were very happy in the club, and I'm sorry it didn't work out. Sounds like there were some unspoken issues. Have you given up alcohol? Haven't seen you sippin' on a beer or a Crown lately. This would have been a good video for that. Rick was at Daytona this past week. He got to test ride a new GW for about 30 miles. Said in sport mode, it was almost TOO powerful. It was a DCT model and he said it was the smoothest, nicest bike he ever rode. He MAY be in trouble. Course, there aren't any to be had most places around here. I see now that Ford is selling its SUV's without many of the computer chips due to the supply shortage. Eh - who cares if the air bag doesn't work and the rear lift won't go up or down? Well, should be having some good riding days ahead. Raining here all day today. And the pollen will soon be blasting clouds of green all over everything. Congrats on your latest sub milestone of 3500! I just cleared 36 - 1% growth overnight! Cracks me up. Tongue click and fingers pointed back atcha! 🕶🏍🏍🏍😎🍺👌👍👍👉😜
