this is awesome! my client is a carpenter and has alot of clients. how many clients would he be able to add to the portal at once and what exactly is the difference between a public and private app?

Nice! Private users are when you restrict the app to only allow certain people in: www.glideapps.com/docs/essentials/users#private-vs.-public-users The number of users depends on your pricing plan: www.glideapps.com/pricing

Thanks a lot! The description says that the number of allowed users resets each month. Does this mean I can only have that amount of users over all or is that the amount of new users that can sign up each month?

If the client DOES want to update email, what would be the needed stoeps on that? Is the email the actual field used for relationships or is a hidden ID field used?

Emails in Glide have to updated in the Glide builder by the Admin for security purposes, so they would have to contact you.
