Thank you for your business LaShawn! You may want to see the Airbnb future occupancy video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/kKqmlJmHjpl1rZY which may help you build a pricing guide around seasonality, since you can collect the data about listing prices in Las Vegas up to 1 year in the future. Please reach out to the support widget on our website if you need more help :)

Great, we can help with both of Zillow & Redfin (as seen in this video). Please see stevesie.com/cloud/apis/zillow for Zillow and stevesie.com/cloud/apis/redfin for Redfin (just the HAR file scraper). Please reach out to our support widget if you need more help!

This is amazing and I'd love to know how you went about this. I've tried parsing these files as well and in having trouble found this video. The "{}&&" at the beginning of the 'text' object is confusing. What are these characters for? I can make a variable using "listings = (data['entries'][i]['response']['content']['text'])", however it seems to store this as a big text block, rather than JSON. I cannot for the life of me assign variables to any of the objects past this point, such as mlsId, or price.
