I have a problem with my daughter's phone, she forgot her password after not using her old phone for a long time. Now, I want to hard reset it but every time I go to recovery it shows no command. I have tried using miracle box and other mediatek tools to hard reset it. After searching about why ADB unauthorized in miracle box, I stumble this again about no command so I tried again doing manual wipe. So on no command I use power button and vol +, then voila. Thanks for posting this! There's various combinations suggested and one has to try out each patiently, with a little bit of variation thrown in. Here's what I did. My phone is a Tecno Spark 5 Pro. I pressed volume up, volume down and Power buttons all at one time. When the tecno logo came on the screen, I released the power button, continuing to hold the Volume up and Volume down buttons. After a while, the screen showed up as normal, asking for PIN. I got this after trying several combinations and almost giving up in frustration. I called up the company's customer service and they wanted me to go their service center, which is very far from where I live. Thanks to this video, I don't have to!

I found the delete data item, but it was all beginning to camp sharply. in about 3 seconds, the message "no command"appeared. I tried to restart the phone, but it was unsuccessful. I pressed all the buttons in front of me, looking for combinations but nothing worked. as a result, I turned out to reboot the phone. I also had another situation related to the error "no command". I have a smart watch (not Apple) once on it came update (it not updated 2 years) me it seemed strange, but still I risked. I started updating the system, but at one point the error appeared, I was afraid of course. but some how I could reboot my watch, though it was very difficult. Ok so there are a couple of problems with my phone. 1st being my phone is not charging and the problem is not with my cable or the thick block that gets plugged into the outlet. I have tried to take the battery out and then hold the power button for 1 minute and the battery would suddenly jump up from 10% to 56% or something like that. I tried this 2 days ago and yesterday the jump was only about 10% so from say 33% to 43% or a tiny bit more. At the end of yesterday my phone just wouldn't charge and I tried holding the power button again and again. Then finally the screen lit up and it started saying installing software update and after a while no command. I then got options and I clicked on reboot system and the phone is still not saying anything like how much of the battery is charged and the screen is only lighting up for a few seconds enough to show the name of my Samsung phone and then just shuts off. I noticed and I am not sure if this is important or not but after I powered on my phone it would show my phone model name and then the screen would turn slightly dim and then after a few seconds the screen would be completely black and blank and the phone would not respond for many minutes. Do you guys have any ideas on how to fix my phone? It isn't opening so I can't check for anything like the model #

I have Zenfone 7 and saturday night before sleep i put in my charger to charge it overnight but somehow it wasnt plugged in right so the phone is DEAD now and whatever I try i cannot bring it back to life. Me too. It's inconsistent for the menu to even open (only has worked 4 times out of probably 50 attempts) and when it does, there is no ability to move down to the other menu options (up/down doesn't work - only reboot as option and then I'm back where I started)

So if the Reboot system now options doesn't work the only thing I can do is the factory reset? :(

Friend, Some phones comes with poweroff and wipe cache partition as part of recovery. If you have then you can try them, if not as you said factory reset is the only option. Good Luck, Please like this video and subscribe to my channel.

I need help. My android (Samsung A5) has been playing up lately by restarting by itself and I have done research and it said the possibility of it happening was because it needed to be updated. So, long story short I try updating and it keeps restarting as it's doing the software upgrade and I get a "fail to open recovery cause" message which results into this. Now I can't load up my phone at all, rebooting doesnt help and I'm not prepared to try factory reset. I have extremely important files on my phone, can someone help..? I'm not techy with phones, is there a simple way of fixing this? (for now I'm leaving my phone on the loading screen it's stuck on throughout the night). I can't even sleep because of this is happening :/

Restarting itself? Do you get time to navigate phone in between? If yes pls back up important files. Then try factory data reset.

My one says no command while its in recovery screen

Dude, pls try factory data reset (delete data). If it asks for Google account details even after factory data reset, it means you may have enabled a security feature that disallow theifs misusing the phone that they steel. In that case contact device manufacturer (like Samsung, Nokia, MI etc...) customer care.
