Hey quick question, when i downloaded ultimate backup jurisdictions it says that i have to use 9.3 eup uniforms and when i use the 9.6 ones the uniforms glitch out, so how were you able to no make the uniforms glitch out like that?

Very simple, I edited every agency in customregions and specialunits.xml for me it was around 10-14 hours
