why do you use double tap instead of speed cola?

I think speed cola isn't really worth a perk slot anymore since BO3 lets you use gun attachments like fast mags. cancelling the animation lets you shoot faster with bigger guns as well. might as well use the perk slot for better stuff like double tap and widows wine.
