I checked google and there is abit strange about the story from the one i read. It wasn't only people protesting who got fired. The company says they fired people who breached employment stuff by not doing work. Then the head of the union is trying to get there jobs back? If a place is so awful and toxic why would anyone want there jobs back there? I think there is way more going on then what the workers say.

About those red lights from Tomato "factory" (probably rather: growhouses) at 8:36: they are probably using some variant of grow lights, which are red and blue because apparently plants can use those most efficiently. And since the blue light gets scattered more easily (which is why the sky is blue and sunset / rise is red btw.) it doesn't get as far as the red light, so you get red lights. That they use red (and probably blue) lights instead of white or yellow is thus not "on brand" because tomatoes are red, they're doing it to save energy. If you produce only the wavelengths you need to help your plants grow, you're not wasting energy producing those they don't care for. And that's not a small amount of energy for lights that you need, ask any illegal weed grower who got caught because their facilities drew WAAAY too much power for what they wanted to appear as, even despite the use of grow lamps.

0:28 "what did they do to the seagulls..." perhaps it's a particular hairstyle or the colour of their dress. I once worked near a city pond, and there was a couple of arctic terns nesting... they had a special affection to Big Bald Men. Each unfortunate fellow of that kind would be brutally attacked from the air - and I'm not joking, many suffered deep bleeding cuts. They would dive like stukas and stab like ninjas, again and again... and these birds are much smaller than a seagull, about the size of a swift.

5:54 it may sound very silly but once a pub has sold 100 pints that’s £1 and it may not seem like a lot in the long run but by the end of the year a pub may be saving £100s maybe even £1000s & the next budget if things go well Labour will be able to lower draught duty by a further 4p which again sounds like nothing but for the pubs it will make the difference & keep many locals alive.

Using red lights to help plants grow is not pointless. Normal light contains green wavelengths which are reflected by leaves rather than being absorbed for photosynthesis- so using a light colour which does not contain green wavelengths increases energy absorption rates and makes the process more efficient (more growth per pound spent on energy costs).

The tomato factory one gets even better, the woman who posted the pictures thinking it was the northern lights was contacted by Specsavers and given a free holiday to Iceland to see the northern lights.

5:43 more than 1.5billion pints are sold in the UK per year That equates to £15million saved for pubs It's to try and slow down the massive number of pubs going out of business It only end up at like £330 saved per pub per year though so I'm not convinced it will do the job

Love Weetabix can't stand them with milk all mushy like your mum's saggy old boobs. So I have them sans milk and with butter, real butter. I also put peanut butter on crumpets, and coco puffs with banana milkshake...viva la revolution 😂
