The fish were betta fish. They have to live alone and can’t be surrounded by other betta fish, or else they’ll fight each other which can result in death. I think the fish are representing the boys before love. Like they can’t be with others? Maybe, idk haha ✨

the fishes that keep showing up in his room, outside of Kai's window, above the hottub/pool - is connected to his imagination (maladpative daydreaming - a form of escapism for those with trauma and depression) since you see him looking into the aquarium so he hallucinates his friends through out the whole video which aligns to your comment when he wakes up alone and the car isn't on fire. The director also makes a point to keep a distance between YJ and the boys throughout the whole music video and when it's acapella you only hear one set of footsteps which is YeonJun's. Alsoooo - if you've seen the first two episodes of "End of the Fucking World" on netflix (Soobin, the tallest one with black hair also wears that shirt in the album concept trailer) - the entire MV is heavily inspired by the netflix tv show. Abusive/Shitty home and family life - stealing parents car with your friends, it breaking down, overheating, and being set on fire. Also the green wristband is a call to mental health awareness month and possibly him receiving treatment for his mental health from the hospital (use me like a drug) BASICALLY THIS SONG AND MV BROKE ME - It hit so close to home for me. In this world of 0 all you need is only 1 person to save you and give you a reason to live, when you think you're a loser and are fine to die, not making it in to heaven. It's the best song I've heard from them and they have a NO SKIP disco for me. Hope this helps!

The theory for this MV was that in the freeze chapter that the boys are literally coming to the cold realisation that they are about to enter adulthood and no longer be young or a child. But in their lore this is also when thy are being pulled apart from their own pains and fears and its effecting the bond as friends which was the original ting that saved each other. Like a medicine slowly becoming a poison, they are becoming suspicious of each other and well theory is tat they are heading to real arguments before finding their friendship again, recalling the song of the star they will need to fight the dragon in doom night and many more memories they have Forgotton. There is some AMAZING theory vids by Lania Sunflower and Bookish Theories for those who wanna dive into TXT as well as the rest of the Hybe universe (lots of enhypen too and the new Japanese group not out yet look like will be werewolves). They can reverse time and have done in previous MVS, bu the beta fish which are as others have said are indeed fighters and that is likened to the idea of a cute goldfish but then a beta who as it matures has to be isolated du to its aggressive nature and then that could be in turn like adulthood where we do become isolated and alone even with family and friends. Seeing both the fish and reality is possibly that the magic island and real world are starting to mix and like with the car at the end and time rewind means we are getting unsure what’s real and not. The lines are starting to blur. They re trying to burn he clothes to stay warm as the get cold, in a literal way to keep the cold at bay. Hope you get a chance to see the live stages for the comeback after your album reaction as they did a load of tracks and they are great. Also there is the MV for Magic as well and the rumour in MOA is that we should eventually see a lore related MV for frost as while magic is related its not direct star seeker storyline. Honest there is a mind blowing amount of information and theory even i cant keep up with but fo those who would love a deep dive deff check out Laina Sunflower and Bookish theories - best vids I’ve found. Also would highly recommend the GMA live stage of Ox1 cause it just left an impression. Glad to have you back reacting BIRB! There is sooooooo much you gotta catch up on! Lol also looking forward to streams again, not watching the kingdom finale was sad, i had to watch the performances cause it was spoiling everywhere but would watch full eps if end on a twitch. So yeonjun has that green band on his hand which is usually given to mental health patients he has had abusive parents or maybe seen them fighting countless of times since childhood he is actually hallucinating as he looks at the fish tank in his room imagining the fishes as his friends and how he wants to get out of there but in reality he is all alone in the acapella part where they try to burn their clothes we only hear yeonjun's voice and footsteps which means he is all alone in reality

The cast taehyun had it was the same one in the movie IT and the character who had that died!! who killed him??? The clown and beomgyu had a clown shirt and yeonjun had clown earrings!! And at the part where yeonjun was dancing and the members were infront him he was actually alone all this time if you listen closely you can only hear one foorstep that's why at the end you see him alone and the car was ok
